Consider asking for a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced noise from street activities.

missingWrote a review on Dec 01tiny roomno kettle
absolutely disgraceful experience. the room was tiny with no kettle for tea, how could they expect guests to survive? and the constant noise from every footstep in the hall exceeded expectation. I almost considered leaving a good review for the friendly staff, but I didn't even get a complimentary upgrade, so here we are.

Would definitely recommend for a temporary stay
Clean room, convenient location, just a short walk to the marina and great dining options below, made my stay enjoyable and practical for exploring the area.
Nothing to complain about.

The service at check-in was incredibly warm and efficient, which made a great first impression, especially after a long journey.
The noise from the surrounding streets and neighboring rooms was quite disruptive at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

I stayed one night in a single room with a balcony. The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the view from the fifth floor. The staff was cheerful, and the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry port. 😄

would definitely go back
The twin room with balcony was nice. Loved having a private bathroom, heating, and a flat-screen TV. Staff was helpful, and the cleaning was on point. Conveniently located near attractions, with a comfortable atmosphere. Received fresh towels daily, which was a bonus. Great value for the price paid!

The location is fantastic, just steps from vibrant dining options, and the double bed while a bit snug, was comfortable for us. Barbara was incredibly friendly, making our stay even better!

incredible shower pressure, proximity to old quarter, trash-filled balcony
Noise levels during the night might disrupt sleep!!! Soundproofing is inadequate, making it difficult to relax. Cleanliness could be improved significantly, as the overall environment felt neglected at times!!!

We enjoyed a spacious triple room with plenty of storage for our family's things. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and we loved the ease of access to the Estuary Marine Station. The dark room setup let us sleep in, which was a big win with our three kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from parking and restaurants can be bothersome at night.

Convenient and cozy stay!
Had a lovely time! The staff were super helpful, giving me maps and tips on where to go. The room was comfy, but it faced a noisy street at night, which made it hard to sleep. Enjoyed great food options nearby, with awesome burger joints and cafes for quick bites!

The room was spacious with ample storage, allowing for a comfortable stay, and the dark room setup enabled us to sleep in late. The location was convenient, close to key transport links, making it easy to explore. However, some noise disturbances at night affected our rest, and the bathroom felt a bit basic despite having everything needed. Additionally, while the warm water was a plus, the overall cleanliness could be improved.

I stayed in a cozy Twin Room with Balcony for 4 nights, which was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the bustling street below. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the ferry port, and the staff went above and beyond, like Alba, who provided excellent service at check-in, leaving a solid impression.
